Es wurde im damals modischen Stil der Neorenaissance erbaut. Der Platz neben dem Institut wird Kod\u00e1ly K\u00f6rend genannt. Es verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber einen Museumssaal, der zu Ehren des ber\u00fchmten ungarischen Komponisten Zolt\u00e1n Kod\u00e1ly, der hier lebte, eingerichtet wurde. Und am Ende der Allee steht das Millenniumsdenkmal. Es wurde zur Feier des 1.000. Jahrestages der Entdeckung ihrer historischen Heimat durch die Ungarn errichtet. Neben der Allee befindet sich eine U-Bahn, die als erste in Europa gebaut wurde.
