All the walls of this venerable institution are covered with celebrity photos, Geraldine Chaplin, Charles Aznavour, Marlon Brando, Alain Delon, Brigitte Bardot have been here. The local population considers Harisa the patroness of the Lebanese as well as of all Christians. It is also attributed the ability to grant wishes. Therefore, around this amazing statue there are always a lot of people who come to pray and talk with the saint. If you wish, you can climb to the very top of this mountain by cable car, further - by spiral staircase. Most tourists from Harissa head to the caves of Jeita Grotto. This is a kind of natural museum, which displays all natural kinds of stalagmites and stalactites.
