From January to February, because of the cold and rainy weather, Tunisia is the dead season. The biggest influx of tourists from July to August, which raises the prices in hotels and more expensive car rentals, so again this is not the best time to travel. Tourist business is not yet well developed in Tunisia, but nevertheless tourists enjoy a walk through the ruins of ancient El Djem and Carfegen. You can go on a tour to Kairouan, which houses the main mosque and in the suburbs to explore the ruins of the Palace of the Ruler.
