Nowadays, Wat Mahatatat is a functioning Buddhist university (Maha Chulalongkorn Raja Vidyalaya University) where hundreds of monks study the teachings of Buddha. Near the temple, on Phra That Street, there is also a parking lot, so you can also take your own vehicle.<\/p>\n<h2 id=\"h2_2\" style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0Time and cost of attendance<\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Mahathat is open to visitors from 9:00 to 17:00. The cost of the tour is 50 baht. If you decide to admire the temple Mahathat, it is better to free up for a tour most of the day, inside there are many interesting statues and other exhibits, for the inspection of which a few hours may not be enough.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">There are also various meditation classes at the temple, which you can also attend.
