Se construy\u00f3 en el entonces de moda estilo neorrenacentista. La plaza situada junto al Instituto se llama Kod\u00e1ly K\u00f6rend. Cuenta con una sala museo construida en honor de Kod\u00e1ly Zolt\u00e1n, el famoso compositor h\u00fangaro que vivi\u00f3 aqu\u00ed. Y al final de la avenida est\u00e1 el Monumento del Milenio. Se erigi\u00f3 para celebrar el milenario del descubrimiento de su patria hist\u00f3rica por los h\u00fangaros. Junto a la avenida hay un ferrocarril subterr\u00e1neo, que fue el primero que se construy\u00f3 en Europa.
