En funci\u00f3n del n\u00famero y la dificultad de los obst\u00e1culos, la ubicaci\u00f3n del recorrido, la autonom\u00eda, la duraci\u00f3n y algunos otros indicadores, las rutas tur\u00edsticas deportivas se dividen en: rutas sin categor\u00eda y rutas con categor\u00eda. <\/p>\n
En Rusia, el turismo activo incluye el senderismo, la navegaci\u00f3n, el esqu\u00ed, el ciclismo, el alpinismo, el automovilismo y el motociclismo, la equitaci\u00f3n y el espeleoturismo. <\/p>\n
Hoy en d\u00eda, el senderismo deportivo es un medio para mejorar las habilidades personales del excursionista y una actividad f\u00edsica bastante seria. <\/p>\n
Si estos objetivos pasan a un segundo plano y la atenci\u00f3n se centra en poner a prueba las reservas de una persona, intentando conseguir una emoci\u00f3n, entonces el excursionismo deportivo se convierte en extremo. Lo mismo puede decirse de los senderos de un grado de dificultad muy elevado. En estos casos, existe un peligro real para la vida y un elemento de riesgo en las rutas de senderismo. <\/p>\n
