Such a problem as renting a house should be approached wisely, knowing how to save money and make the right choice.

As with any other business, you should start by setting a goal. Think carefully about what you need from a vacation rental. The following factors should influence your choice:

Do not be afraid to bargain, as long as you have the right arguments ready, say that the average offer in the city is much lower, or that the house has obvious flaws.
