Crimea. Rest in Koreiz

Koreiz is a village located twenty kilometers from Yalta. In the north, Koreiz is framed by mountains, in the east it is intersected by the village of Gaspra, and in the west it borders on Alupka. The settlement has sea and bus communication with Alupka, Sevastopol and Yalta.

You can get to Koreiz by train, plane or boat. In the first case, you need to take a train to the city of Simferopol, then take a trolleybus to Yalta and take a bus, which will take you to Koreiz. If you arrived at Simferopol airport, you can get to Koreiz by taxi, train or bus. By sea, you can get to the village from Alupka or Yalta.

Koreiz has pebbly beaches equipped with umbrellas, changing rooms, showers and sunbeds. Vendors walk along the beach offering strong coffee, Crimean wine, cold beer, ice cream, shrimp, baklava, corn and pies.

Particularly attractive is the Yusupov Palace, built according to the rules of the Art Nouveau architectural style. The shape of the palace resembles a horseshoe. The sights of Koreiz are also: a cinema, the house-museum of the conductor Rakhlin, olive and pine groves, Miskhor park, cozy restaurants, the Mermaid embankment, as well as a cable car.

Tourists can stay at a hotel (Rhodes, 1001 nights), a rest home (Sudostroitel), a hotel (Yusupov Palace), a sanatorium (Petrel, Ai-Petri) or a boarding house (Ecology, Kurchatov's Dacha). It is worth noting that some Koreiz sanatoriums have an excellent medical base for the treatment of the musculoskeletal and nervous systems (“Miskhor”), the respiratory system (“Dyulber”, “Warrior”), kidneys and skin diseases (“Belarus”).
