You can catch such a fair around December 1 to 19 in the city's main square, Piazza Santa Croce. Despite its smallest size among Italian bazaars (about 40-50 stalls), the German market remains one of the favorites of residents and foreigners.

When you visit the Christmas market in Florence, you can buy lots of souvenirs, handmade Christmas decorations, candles, and traditional Italian treats, including the famous Tuscan food. A world-famous gallery where you can see original works by Botticelli, including the famous "Birth of Venus", as well as paintings by Caravaggio, Da Vinci, Rembrandt, Michelangelo, Raphael and other great artists.

- Ponte Vecchio - one of Florence's symbols. This bridge consists entirely of jewelry shops and during the day turns into a very noisy bazaar, silent only at night when all the shutters are securely closed. Ponte Vecchio is a must visit during the day to admire the merchandise and perhaps buy some handmade jewelry.

- Santa Maria del Fiore - is probably Florence's most recognizable landmark, comparable in beauty and grandeur to St. Peter's Cathedral in Rome and Milan's Duomo.
