Bodrum is located in that part of Turkey that is southwest between two seas: the Mediterranean and the Aegean. Bodrum is known all over the world as the city of fun. The city is famous for its wild nightlife in discos. Galicarnas, the most famous disco on the Turkish Riviera attracts tourists here. In fact, such entertainment clubs are almost in every hotel in Bodrum, and in addition, its own beaches.

An interesting place to visit is St. Peter's Castle. This ancient building dates back to the era of the knights of the fifteenth century. The architecture is impressive in its power and impressiveness. The area of the castle covers about 3000 square kilometers. In those ancient times there lived here 50 Knights of the Order of Crusaders from seven different countries and a large number of soldiers. Since the early 1960s it was decided to turn the castle into a museum of underwater archaeology. It was restored and today it is one of the most famous museums in the world.

Once upon a time, the city was surrounded by a wall of stone, and it was only possible to enter through a gate. A part of such a fence in ancient times was the Mindos Gate. Nowadays they are called "Diktiri". The walls to protect the city were built as early as 364 BC.

In addition in Bodrum you can visit the Amphitheater, which was also built a long time ago. Since 1973, this place is a museum.

In the grotto of Karaada there are springs of warm mineral water. In the grotto they flow down the rocks and form suitable bathing ponds. You can get here by boat.
