The city of Rouen: the capital of Upper Normandy

The capital of Haute Normandie is famous for being the place where Joan of Arc was burned in 1431. In addition, Rouen attracts tourists with numerous monuments, among which we can highlight the Gothic Cathedral of Notre Dame, the tower of Gros Orlage and old houses in the style of half-timbered.
