According to information from the Crimea, there was a partial collapse of the Nameless Tower #19, located on the outer line of defense of the fortress. It is located in the area, which is not included in the excursion route.
Now work is being done to determine the causes of what happened, as well as the primary measures that should be taken to prevent such cases in the future.
Moreover, the entire complex of structures of the ancient Sudak fortress is included in the list of objects of historical heritage. In Crimea, they believe that a comprehensive inspection should now be carried out on the other objects of the museum-reserve.
