Visit the Eiffel Tower

Visit the Eiffel TowerVisit the Eiffel Tower There is a great deal to say about the sights that are sure to intrigue the tourist visiting Paris. The city is full of all kinds of monuments and examples of magnificent architecture. But still, the main attraction of the city is still the famous Eiffel Tower.

This structure is simply striking in its unique style and size. The tower is about 300 meters high. To get to the top, where the observation deck is located, you can use the elevator at the central part of the base of the tower. Of course if you do not want to spend 15 euros you can climb the stairs, located in one of the "columns" of the base. Such an ascent will cost about 5 euros, but will require much more time and effort.

Of course, the observation deck is not the only place to visit once you decide to see the tower. There are three floors open for tourists. The first of them is designed to sell tickets and souvenirs to tourists. After climbing to the second floor you can rest in peace in a cozy cafe "Vysota 95". This floor is an intermediate stage. The main attraction is still the observation deck of the third floor, which offers a magnificent view of Paris (especially in the evening hours). Here you can also visit the second cafe with the original name "Jules Verne" or see the workroom of the creator of the Eiffel Tower, which has now been restored and turned into a museum.

Unfortunately, the visiting hours of the tower are limited. Tourists can enjoy the tour from 9:00 to 00:40 at night during the summer. As for the winter period, the tower opens at 9:30 and closes an hour earlier. This leads to huge lines, which should definitely be considered when planning your tour. The queues are especially long in May.

To get to the Eiffel Tower you need to find rue Anatole France. This is where the landmark is located. You can also get to the tower by metro. In this case, get off at the station Bir Hekeim.

As for tickets, you can buy them both near the tower itself, or by ordering in advance on the official website.

Finally, I would like to give advice to the reader about visiting the tower. The tour should be planned for the evening after 8 pm. It is during this period of time the queues to the tower are the smallest. So you can enjoy the scenery in a quiet atmosphere without the hustle and bustle of the day.
