The ADR certificate is issued to highly qualified drivers who have the right to transport especially dangerous goods. Today the certificate is valid in the Russian Federation, Kazakhstan, EU countries, Azerbaijan and Morocco. You can get a certificate by completing ADR training.

The agreement has several additional clauses, which are constantly being adjusted and amended:

These additional clauses and sub-clauses operate on the territory of all countries that have put their signatures under the agreement. In addition, countries have the right to put forward their own requirements for the international transport of goods on their territory.

The most important requirement for the transportation of highly hazardous substances on the territory of the Russian Federation is the presence of an ADR certificate. Drivers and freight forwarders who have internal permits for the right to transport hazardous products must be trained and obtain an ADR permit. Otherwise, they are not allowed to engage in this activity.

The agreement, which was signed by the Russian Federation, specifies 9 classes of especially dangerous goods. However, an ADR certificate for domestic transport alone is not enough. In addition to it, on the territory of the Russian Federation there are a number of necessary internal documents for the transportation of dangerous goods, which should be obtained.

Training can be completed at any specialized center, and it is valid for five years. After the expiration of the specified period, the training of drivers is repeated.
