7. Keep in mind that from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. the sun's rays fall on the ground almost at right angles, so sunbathing during this period is especially dangerous. By the way, to relieve the burning from the sun, it is good to use yogurt or spray (water-based, not alcohol-based). Experts recommend sunbathing early in the morning or just before sunset. Although agree that most people do just the opposite, and "catch" the sun when there is a lot of it, that is in the middle of the day;

8. To protect your hair from burnout, take lotions, gels and various foams with a sun protection factor to the beach. By the way, these products will also save your hair from splitting;

9. Remember that exercising in the sun considerably increases the load on the heart. Therefore, in order not to get so tired from training, it is recommended to do it in the morning or in the evening;
