The entire zone is divided into six phases. They are located in close proximity to each other - only 1.5 km. And although construction work on the plots is ongoing, the finished residential houses here are already sold or rented out.

Russian village: plot 1

This area is called "Baandusit" and has about 120 houses built. Most of the properties here have already been sold. Only resale or rental residences remain.

Site 2: "Baandusit Lake Pattaya"

This area is located in the colorful "Huai Yai" region with very expressive scenery. There are beautiful tropical forests, several lakes, majestic mountains. Nearby is the ancient Thai temple "Wat Yang". The structure of the village consists of 140 developed houses, many of which are for sale.

Site 3 "Baandusit Pattaya Park"

Areol lies in the south of Pattaya, in the "Huay Yai" area, next to lot 2. There are 116 houses built here. The construction of service structures is also completed and fully operational. Just recently completed construction of a large children's water park.

Site 4 "Baandusit Pattaya View

Here the construction of the residential complex and the adjacent infrastructure is also finished. The designs of the houses are the same as on plot 3. Houses - villas for sale have the following layout: full finish building, plumbing system, garden, gazebo, personal alarm system, automatically controlled gates. There are also several villas with free layout, ranging in size from 105 to 150 meters.2.

Site 6 "Baandusite"

This is the smallest area by number of houses - there are 80. However, there are more plots here. The delivery of the houses will start at the end of next 2016. This zone is adjacent to section 2, so here the organizers plan to create a connecting pedestrian zone. Also plot 6 is 150 meters from zone 3. Therefore, residents can use the infrastructure of both sites.

Villas in Zone 6 have these parameters:

  4. C2 - area of the site 256 m24 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, area of the house - 230 m2;
  5. C3 - site area 256 m23 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, area of the house - 170 m2.

Condo

Condominiums (condos) are a fairly common option for Thai real estate. They are equipped with local modern infrastructure and are, in fact, multi-storey houses with apartments of different sizes.

Townhouses

These buildings are connected apartment buildings. The apartments here, unlike condos, have a vertical type of layout.

Real estate prices in the Russian village

The pricing system for housing in Thailand has several dependent indicators:
